SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 pkg. dry French onion soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (8 oz.) plain yogurt

Thaw and drain spinach well; it has a tendency to hold water, and you really need to make sure it is drained, otherwise the dip gets soupy. Mix sour cream, yogurt and onion soup well. Add spinach. You can add diced peppers or whatever else you wish. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
