SPINACH DIP 
1 round loaf French bread
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach (well drained)
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix
Chopped water chestnuts (optional)
Chopped green onion (optional)

Cut out inside of round loaf. Save pieces of the inside and cube them to be used as dippers. Combine the remaining ingredients. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight. Place dip in hollowed-out bread. Serve with fresh vegetables and bread cubes. Serves 12-16.
