CROWN O' DILL HALIBUT 
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
4 or 5 halibut steaks
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. finely chopped dill pickle
1 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
1/3 c. grated Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. In a pie plate combine flour, salt and pepper. Dip both sides of each fish steak in flour mixture. Place steaks in buttered baking dish. In a small bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, dill pickle, green onion, dill weed, lemon juice and seasoned salt. Spread sour cream mixture over fish. Sprinkle fish with cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve hot. Makes 4 to 5 servings. Very good!
