APRICOT JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. water
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix Jello, pudding, and water together and microwave. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool. Drain the pineapple and oranges. Fold in the Cool Whip.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
