TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 bunch broccoli, cook until tender
3 c. turkey, diced
1 sm. container sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 to 1 c. Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)

Cut up 3 cups turkey. Place in a baking dish 9 x 13 inches. Put a can of cream of chicken soup over turkey, then sour cream. Place cooked tender broccoli over turkey put can of cream of broccoli over broccoli. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 10.
