CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. fryer, boiled until very tender
1 c. rice, cooked in broth
1/2 c. butter
1 or more chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 can mushrooms
1 jar pimentos
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Debone chicken, saute onions and celery in the butter. Add pimento, mushrooms and soup to onions and celery. Add chicken and rice. Pour in casserole dish and top with almonds. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until it bubbles or cook on high in microwave, in covered dish, about 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
