CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked tender crisp
2 cooked chickens
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 pkg. stuffing mix or 6 slices bread, cubed
3/4 tsp. dry onion
3/4 tsp. salt
Scant tsp. poultry seasoning
Skimmed chicken broth

Place broccoli in a low casserole dish. Remove chicken from bones and place on top of broccoli. Cover with mushrooms and soup. Make moist stuffing with the remaining ingredients and spread over top of casserole. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
