BROCCOLI/RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked brown rice
1 sm. or med. head broccoli, cooked until fairly tender
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can diced soy chik with the juice
2 tsp. chicken style seasoning
Grated yellow cheese

Line a 9"x13" pan with cooked rice. On top of the rice place the cooked broccoli. Combine the soup with the soy chik with about a third can of soy milk, add chicken style seasoning and mix together. Pour over rice and broccoli. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 to 45 minutes, until cheese is slightly browned. Optional: Soy or regular sour cream can also be added to the creamy mixture if more moisture is needed for rice/broccoli mixture.
