YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lb. squash (4-5 med.) cook until tender
1 med. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 carton sour cream

Mix above. 1 stick butter

Melt butter. Mix with dressing. Line 13 x 9 inch casserole dish with 1/2 of dressing. Pour squash mixture, top with remaining dressing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
