PECAN PIE (MICROWAVE) 
1 (10") baked pie shell
1 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. water
4 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecan halves

Mix sugar, corn syrup and water in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Heat on high for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes until mixture boils. Boil for 2 minutes. Gradually stir hot mixture boils. Boil for 2 minutes. Gradually stir hot mixture into eggs. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour in pie shell, top with pecan halves. Cook on Medium High 7 to 8 minutes until filling is set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
