LEMON CHICKEN | |
2 1/2 or 3 lbs. chicken Juice of (2) lemons Fresh mint or dried, but it is best when it is fresh Salt and pepper Butter, 1/2 or a little more garlic which has been minced, (2 or 3) cloves. Cut chicken into very small pieces; then fry it in butter. Salt and pepper it while cooking, fry it until it is nice and brown. Put all browned chicken in a plastic bowl and pour the lemon juice, garlic and mint on it. Cover and shake bowl until the chicken is well coated. Serve while hot. Good Luck!!!! |
