LEMON SAUCE FOR CHICKEN 
3 garlic, minced
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. mint leaves
8 pcs. of chicken
Salt and pepper, good dash of each

1. Clean chicken, place in roasting pan.

2. In large bowl mix garlic, vegetable oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mint leaves, salt and pepper. Mix together.

3. Pour mixture over chicken in roasting pan. Place in refrigerator and marinate at least 2 hours (turn over once in awhile).

4. Then cook chicken on grill, just brown good. Baste with sauce.

5. Place chicken back in roasting pan with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done!
