GINGER ROUNDS 
2 c. sugar
1 c. molasses
1 c. oil
4 eggs, beat until light

Mix well.

1 c. sweet milk
3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice

Mix first 4 ingredients well then add the rest - mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes. Make round cakes or bake in 9 x 12 inch cake pan. Cover with apple butter or apples. I spray my pans with Pam.
