LIME MOLDED SALAD 
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. lime jello
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. diced celery
1 can chopped pimento
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. pkg. Cool Whip

Drain pineapple and heat juice to boiling. Add jello and cool until syrupy. Blend pineapple and cream cheese. Add rest of ingredients and add to jello mixture. Add Cool Whip. Pour into 8 1/2 x 15 cake pan. Refrigerate until set.
