1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lime Jello
9 oz. crushed pineapple, drained, save juice
1 c. creamy cottage cheese
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise or whipped cream
1/4 c. nuts

Variation: 1 cup mashed bananas in place of cottage cheese - omit horseradish.

Dissolve Jello in water. Add juice from pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat Jello until frothy. Fold in remaining ingredients. Chill until set.
