LIME MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. When cool, add cream cheese and whip smooth with electric beater. To this mixture, add pineapple with juice and pecans. Place in refrigerator and stir occasionally. When about 3/4 jelled, stir in Cool Whip. Let cool until nice and firm. This mixture can also be used as a pie filling. Makes enough for 2 pies.
