CHILIES RELLENOS EGG ROLLS 
1 can chopped green chilies or chopped green pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
2 c. shredded cheddar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. oregano
12 egg roll wrappers

Brown beef, onion, garlic, and green peppers if substituted for chilies in pan and drain. Add cheese, seasoning and chilies. Stir. Place 1/4 to 1/3 mixture on egg roll wrapper and wrap as you would an egg roll. Seal edges with water by brushing water on edge. Fry in hot vegetable oil until golden. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and picante sauce.
