LENTIL LOAF II 
1 c. (1/3 c. uncooked) lentils cooked with bay leaf
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt

Mash cooked lentils. Saute onion in 2 tablespoons oil. Add remaining ingredients and mix with lentils. Put in oiled baking dish and bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve hot with your favorite brown gravy. Serves 6.
