NO BAKE CHOCOLATE NUT BALLS 
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Sift flour once, measure, add salt and sugar and sift again. Add milk, egg yolks and butter and cook in a heavy bottomed saucepan over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and add vanilla, chocolate and half the nuts.

Cool, then chill in the refrigerator for several hours. Form into small balls, about 1/2 inch in diameter and roll in the remaining chopped nuts. Store in the refrigerator until serving time. Approximately 7 dozen cookies.
