ORANGE GLAZE PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Spri nkle chops with salt, pepper, paprika. Brown the chops and continue to cook for 15-20 minutes.

5 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
10 cloves
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. orange juice
4 orange slices

Simmer the glaze until sugar dissolves; coat chops with glaze and pout an orange slice on each. Add 2-4 tablespoons water to pan and simmer, covered, for 45 minutes over medium heat. Serves 4.
