AUNT SHARON'S PINEAPPLE ZUCCHINI
BREAD
 
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed pineapple & juice
2 c. grated zucchini

Mix eggs, oil and sugar. Sift together dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture. Add the pineapple and zucchini and stir well. Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
