LEMON BUTTERED BROCCOLI 
1 lb. fresh broccoli trimmed and cut into serving pieces or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice or to taste

NOTE: If omitted lemon juice, cover with cheese.

In 1 quart saucepan cook broccoli. Place in serving dish. Melt butter, add lemon juice. Pour over broccoli. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired. Serves 3 to 4.
