MULLIGAN STEW 
1 lb. ground Louis Rich turkey (or ground round)
4 med. sized potatoes with skins on
4 med. sized carrots with skins on
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
2 soup cans water
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. commercial minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
2 tbsp. dried minced onion

Brown meat in Dutch oven on stove top. Add soup, water and seasonings and mix. Chop potatoes and carrots (no peeling necessary) into 1 1/2 inch pieces and add to mixture. Bring to boil and simmer for 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve in soup bowls.
