MULLIGAN STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1 soup can of water
3 each carrots, potatoes, onions

Brown beef and salt, tomato soup and 1 can water. Cover and cook 30 minutes. Dice carrots, pare potatoes and chop onions, add to soup. Cook an additional 30 minutes. If stew gets to thick, add a little water. Enjoy.
