MULLIGAN STEW 
Onion
Potato
Hamburger
U ncooked rice
Beans (kidney, lima, or boiled navy)
Salt and pepper
Celery salt
Canned tomatoes or canned tomato soup

Butter a casserole dish. Put in 1 thin layer of sliced onion, followed by layer of thinly sliced raw potatoes. Next, a thick layer of hamburger, one thin layer of uncooked rice, and a can of beans. Seasonings over hamburger. Then add tomatoes. Last, add hot water to cover it. Bake at least 2 hours in 350 degree oven, covered.
