MULLIGAN STEW 
Will feed 25 to 30 people.

5 lbs. stewing beef
15 carrots, peeled and quartered
30 sm. potatoes, quartered
1 qt. canned tomatoes
2 cans tomato soup

Cook meat in large Dutch oven, cover and cook on low 1 1/2 hours. Add remaining ingredients, stir and cover and cook 45 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper.
