CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP | |
1 med. onion, chopped 6 tbsp. butter 6 tbsp. flour 1 lg. chicken broth (32 oz.) 1 (20 oz.) frozen broccoli, chopped, thawed 1 c. milk 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tsp. pepper Brown onion in butter until tender. Add flour, stirring well, gradually stir in broth and broccoli. Cook over medium heat until tender, stirring frequently. Reduce heat, stir in milk, cream of chicken soup and pepper. |
