CREAM BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 onions
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 soup can full of milk
1 soup can full of cream
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. tarragon
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli

Cook broccoli and drain well. Saute onions and mushrooms in 4 tablespoons butter. Add soup, milk, cream, broccoli, wine, tarragon, and heat. Do not boil. Serve warm.
