HASH BROWN DISH 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion

Spread potatoes in 9 x 13 inch pan (let thaw). Mix other ingredients except grated cheese. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. This was given to me by a very good friend.
