ABI'S ORZO SALAD | |
2 cups orzo, cooked 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 env. dry Ranch dressing mix (HIDDEN VALLEY®) 1/4 cup chopped carrots 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms 1/4 cup broccoli florets 1/4 cup bacon bits (Hormel) 1 cup shredded cheese Cook orzo as directed on package. Strain. Mix mayonnaise and Ranch dressing mix. Add cooked orzo and remaining ingredients. Mix all ingredients well! Cover with Saran or plastic wrap. Refrigerate for an hour or more before serving.
