ZUCCHINI BREAD | |
2 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 c. cooking oil 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. grated zucchini, no need to peel 2 c. flour 3 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. nuts 1 c. raisins Beat together sugar, eggs and oil. Fold in vanilla. Stir in zucchini. Sift together and add the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda. Add nuts and raisins. Bake in bread tin at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
