SCOTCH MARSHMALLOW BARS 
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch bits
1/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 Cup nuts, chopped
Miniature marshmallows

Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Melt bits with butter.

Remove from heat, add sugar and cool for five minutes. Blend in unbeaten eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and, then the nuts.

Spread in greased 13x9x2" pan and bake at 350Fdegrees for 25 - 30 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle on marshmallows and return to oven for 3 - 5 minutes.

Cut into squares when cool.

To freeze, wrap individual squares tightly in plastic wrap, then store in a zipper bag. May be kept frozen for up to 3 months.
