PECAN SHORTBREAD BALLS 
1/2 lb. butter
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts (ground)
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and nuts; roll into balls or crescent shapes. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes on greased cookie sheets. Roll in 10X sugar while warm.
