PECAN SNOW BALLS 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sifted flour
2 c. chopped pecans
Powdered sugar

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Sift flour with salt and add to creamy mixture, blending thoroughly. Add pecans and mix well. Shape into 1" balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake in slow oven, 325 degrees, for almost 20 minutes, do not brown. Cool and roll in powdered sugar.
