BEEF POT ROAST | |
3 to 4 lb. beef roast 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. dried onion soup mix Pepper to taste Put 1/2 can of soup on a double piece of foil, large enough to wrap around roast. On top of that, put 1/2 of the package of dried onion soup mix. Put roast on top. Add remaining soup and onion to top of roast. Wrap in foil. Place in shallow pan. Bake in 300 degree oven for 1 hour per pound. Makes a delicious roast and gravy all in one. Also a good way to fix chicken. |
