1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. milk
Beef roast

Mix soup mix, celery soup, undiluted and milk together. Place roast in pan with a tight fitting cover. Cover with soup mix. Place several peeled and quartered potatoes and peeled carrot, cut in chunks with roast in pan. Cover and roast at 350 degrees until done.
