PARTY PINK SALAD FREEZE 
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. lemon juice
Few drops red food coloring
1 (4 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed

Mix together all ingredients except whipped topping. Fold that in last. Pour into a 10"x6" loaf pan. Cover and freeze until firm. Cut into 6 to 8 squares. Serve with a garnish of whipped cream or additional whipped topping.
