ALL-SEASON BREAD 
Good with sweet potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, or apples.

2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. pecans
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. prepared fruit

Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and nuts. Set aside. Beat eggs, oil, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Stir in pineapple and fruit. Add dry ingredients, stirring until moistened. Spoon batter into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Good to make and freeze. Great for gifts!
