FOUR-SEASONS QUICK BREAD 
1. 3 c. flour
2. 1 tsp. salt
3. 1 tsp. baking soda
4. 1/2 tsp. baking powder
5. 2 tsp. cinnamon
6. 1 c. chopped nuts
7. 3 eggs
8. 1 1/2 c. sugar
9. 1 c. vegetable oil
10. 1 tsp. vanilla
12. 2 c. fruit or vegetable
1 c. raisins (optional)

Stir together the first 6 ingredients. Beat eggs, sugar and oil. Stir in vanilla and your choice of fruit or vegetable. Add flour mixture and stir just until moist. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 2 loaves.

This is a great recipe. I've made it for 37 years. Always great. I've used several different fruits and veggies. Best are banana, zucchini, pumpkin (with chocolate chips), apple and cherry. My hubby and sons favorite. These are the ones my family loves. Happy baking!
