FOUR-SEASONS QUICK BREAD | |
1. 3 c. flour 2. 1 tsp. salt 3. 1 tsp. baking soda 4. 1/2 tsp. baking powder 5. 2 tsp. cinnamon 6. 1 c. chopped nuts 7. 3 eggs 8. 1 1/2 c. sugar 9. 1 c. vegetable oil 10. 1 tsp. vanilla 12. 2 c. fruit or vegetable 1 c. raisins (optional) Stir together the first 6 ingredients. Beat eggs, sugar and oil. Stir in vanilla and your choice of fruit or vegetable. Add flour mixture and stir just until moist. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 2 loaves. |
