EGGNOG QUICK BREAD 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. eggnog
2 tsp. rum extract
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter, melted
Chopped nuts

Beat eggs into a large bowl. Add sugar, eggnog, butter, rum and vanilla. Blend well. Add flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg, stirring until light and moistened.
