SEASONED BREADING 
2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Blend well; store in airtight jar away from light. Use as breading for meat to be fried, or as topping for casseroles, with a little melted butter drizzled over top.
