SLOPPY JOE PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef chuck
3/4 c. frozen corn, defrosted
3/4 c. prepared barbecue sauce
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 large 12-inch Italian bread shell or prepared pizza crust
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Co-Jack cheese

Heat oven to 425°F. In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Pour off drippings. Stir corn, barbecue sauce, green onions and salt, if desired, into beef; heat through. Place bread shell on baking sheet. Spoon beef mixture over top; sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into 8 wedges.
