BEST PEACH PIE | |
1 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. sour cream Put all ingredients into food processor and blend until they form a ball. Pat out onto a buttered pie tin and bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees. FILLING: 3 egg yolks 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1/3 c. sour cream 3 peaches, peeled and sliced Beat egg yolks slightly and combine with sugar, flour, and sour cream. Arrange the peaches in the pie shell and pour mixture over them. Cover with foil. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10-15 minutes more or until filling is set. |
