THE BEST SWEET POTATO PIE 
6 good sized sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. Eagle Brand sweetened milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
2 deep dish pie crust

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and place in large mixing bowl. With electric mixer, beat in butter, sugars, Eagle Brand milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and eggs. Mix well. Pour into pie crusts and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done (firm).
