HOLLY'S JALAPENO POPPERS 
Great for watching football games!

10 fresh jalapenos
3 tbsp. milk
1 egg
1 cup Panko (or other bread crumbs)
1 tsp. seasoned salt (Lawry's)
1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup corn or peanut oil, for frying

Slice jalapenos in half, removing the seeds. Whip together milk and egg with a fork. Season bread crumbs with salt and pepper.

Fill each jalapeno half with cream cheese and place them together so they look like a whole jalapeno.

Heat oil. Dip each jalapeno in egg mixture then roll in bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil. They should be done when they are a golden to deep brown. Enjoy!

Makes 10 poppers.
