JALAPENO POPPERS 
1 lb. tube hot sausage
3 cloves garlic, minced or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 onion, chopped
8 oz. Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
1 (4 ounce) jar jalapenos, chopped
1 (10 count) can flaky biscuits

Crumble and cook sausage, garlic and onion thoroughly. Drain excess grease.

In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, cheese and jalapenos. Separate biscuits into 20 pieces. Pull out edges to form squares (approximately 3x3-inches).

Fill squares with sausage mixture and pinch edges tightly together. Place on baking sheet and bake according to directions on biscuit package in preheated oven. Serve with dip.

Dip:

8 ounces sour cream
1 package taco seasoning

Mix sour cream and taco seasoning together.

Yield: 20 servings.
