JALEPENO POPPERS 
12 jalapeno peppers
1 package cream cheese
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
1 package bacon (uncooked)
toothpicks

Slice jalapenos into 2 equal parts; remove seeds and ribs from inside peppers. Next take the cream cheese and spread into the 2 parts of the pepper, filling full. Take shredded cheddar cheese and place a small amount over top the cream cheese. Then take the bacon and wrap the pepper/cheese mix and place on a baking sheet. Once all the peppers are made, place in a preheated oven of 350°F and bake 30 minutes or more, until the bacon is well done and crispy. Should make 24 Jalepeno Poppers. Serve hot.
