Jalapeno Popper Mix:

3 - 4 packs cream cheese
8 - 10 jalapeno peppers chopped (seeds removed)
1 - 2 packages imitation crab meat (about 2 lbs.)

Seasonings:

Old Bay Seasoning
cayenne pepper
onion powder
salt
pepper
onions, if desired

Breading Mix:

seasoned bread crumbs and Zateran's fish breading mix together
4 to 6 eggs, scrambled in a bowl

Mix jalapeno mix together, then dip in eggs, then dip in the bread crumb mix. Form into a ball and place on a slightly greased baking sheet. Chill in freezer until firm. Put in zip lock bags for later use.

When ready, deep fry about 3 to 5 minutes. Great for fish fries!
