BARBECUED CHICKEN & BISCUITS | |
6 chicken thighs Barbecue sauce to cover 1 can refrigerated biscuits (10 to a can) Skin and remove fat from thighs. Bake covered with foil at 350 degrees until done. Drain. Pour barbecue sauce over chicken. Bake an additional 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes to coat chicken. Place biscuits on top of barbecue sauce and bake until brown. |
