CHICKEN OVER BAKING POWDER
BISCUITS
 
1 whole chicken, cooked & cut up
3 c. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes

BISCUITS:

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. milk

Add cooked and cut up chicken to water and bouillon cubes; thicken.

BISCUITS: Blend dry ingredients and add milk. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 12 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
